The key box is in our mailbox

You can now open the key box using the code sent to your mailbox 48 hours before your arrival date

1. Touch the digital dial until the numbers light up.

2. Enter the 9-digit code that was sent to you, then press the lock icon.

3. A green light will flash, indicating the code is correct.

4. You can open the key box by pulling on the sides.

5. Make sure to close the key box afterward.

Step 3 : I park my vehicle

The parking lot is located in the inner courtyard

The porch door closes by itself when there is no longer any presence in front of the sensors.

We encourage you to enter your vehicle in forward gear and advise against doing so in reverse.

We also invite you to respect the direction of traffic indicated by the arrows in the image above, in order to facilitate the entry of the vehicle into the parking lot.

    You have a free numbered parking space when you book with us. A second parking space is possible depending on availability and for a cost of €8 per night.

  • Can I arrive before the regular arrival time?

    For organizational reasons, particularly related to the schedules of the people carrying out the cleaning and to rotations, it is normally not possible to enter before the time indicated on your reservation (4 p.m.).
